Dated this the 23^rd day of October, 2025 ORDER The petitioner is the 1^st accused in C.C.No.2819/2020 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-I, Karunagappally, which arises out of Crime No.568/2018 registered by the Karunagappally Police Station as against the accused persons for allegedly committing the offences punishable under Sections 420 , 465, 468, 403 and 471 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

2. The gist of the prosecution case is that, the petitioner, while working as the Regional General Manager of the 3^rd respondent Company, had fabricated bills and cheated the 3^rd respondent and caused a loss of Rs.2,22,978/- to the company.

3. I have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

4. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, even if the allegations in Annexure-A FIR and Annexure-C Final Report are taken on its face value, the same will not constitute the offences attributed against the petitioner.
