Dated this the 23rd day of October, 2025 ORDER The petitioner is the 1st accused in C.C.No.2819/2020 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-I, Karunagappally, which arises out of Crime No.568/2018 registered by the Karunagappally Police Station as against the accused persons for allegedly committing the offences punishable under Sections 420 , 465, 468, 403 and 471 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
2. The gist of the prosecution case is that, the petitioner, while working as the Regional General Manager of the 3rd respondent Company, had fabricated bills and cheated the 3rd respondent and caused a loss of Rs.2,22,978/- to the company.
3. I have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
