No.80/2025 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Pathanamthitta, which arises out of Crime No.22/2016 registered by the Pathanamthitta Police Station, as against the accused persons for allegedly committing the offences punishable under Sections 143, 144, 148, 341, 323, 324 and 427 read with 149 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
