ORDER
The petitioners are accused Nos. 1 to 3 in C.C.No.840/2024 on the file of the Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Economic Offences), Ernakulam, which has arisen from Crime No.685/2024 registered by the Ernakulam Town South Police Station, alleging the commission of the offences punishable under Sections 115 (2), 118(1), and 126(2)
r/w Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 .
2. The petitioners have invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 , to quash all further proceedings in the above case.
