Heard C.M. Appln No.1 of 2025 for condonation of delay. The review petition has been filed with a delay of 9 days. Having perused the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application to condone the delay, we are satisfied that sufficient cause has been made out to condone the delay. Hence, delay is condoned, and the review petition is heard finally.
2. The present review petition under Order XLVII Rule 1 read with Section 114 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 , has been filed seeking review of the judgment dated 26.06.2025 passed in W.A. No. 869/2020, whereby the order dated 05.03.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No. 12359/2011 was set aside and the writ petition was allowed.
3. The review petitioners herein were the respondents in the writ appeal, and the respondent herein was the appellant therein. 4. The brief facts of the case are that the respondent was initially appointed as a Demonstrator in Automobile Engineering in an aided Polytechnic College vide order dated 12.11.1990, in the pay scale of Rs. 1,050–1,830/-.
