JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:

“a) To issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ or order quashing Exhibit P5 communication dated 13-

06-2025 issued by the 3rd respondent.

b) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondent No. 3 to include the entire details and datas of the buildings of the petitioner’s school in the assessment register of the 2nd respondent Panchayath without any further delay.

c) To declare that the petitioner is not liable to submit fire NOC for the buildings which exist for more than decades and for the additional constructions carried out to the same before about 10 years.

d) To dispense with the production of the translation of the vernacular documents to English.

And e) To pass any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit to issue and the petitioner may pray from time to time.”
