JUDGMENT

The writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P1 notice issued by the Electricity Board dated 28.04.2023, threatening disconnection, based on the objection raised by the 4^th respondent herein.

2. Upon admission of the writ petition, an interim order was passed on 1^st June, 2023. However, the same is not seen extended after 2024.

3. Be that as it may, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Electricity Board had produced a notice issued by the Additional District Magistrate, Kannur, asking the parties to appear for a hearing on 19.11.2025 to adjudicate the dispute. It will be open to the petitioner and the 4^th respondent to file their respective contentions/objections, which will be considered by the Additional District Magistrate, Kannur, while passing orders pursuant to the notice issued. The status quo as on date shall be maintained till orders are passed as directed above.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be considered in this Writ petition and the same is disposed of as above.
