J U D G M E N T Dated this the 30th day of May, 2025 This is a petition filed by the appellant under Order XLVII Rule 1 of CPC praying for correcting a mistake that crept in the judgment dated 5.3.2025. In the said judgment, in the operative portion, this Court held that the appellant is not entitled to get interest for a period of 475 days, assuming that there is a delay of 475 days in filing the appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the review petitioner submitted that actually there was no filing delay and as such the above mistake in the judgment is to be corrected.

3. The learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the Insurance Company also fairly conceded that there was no delay. Therefore, the review petition is liable to be allowed.

4. In the result, the review petition is allowed and in paragraph 22 of the judgment, the words “excluding interest for a period of 475 days, the period of delay in filing the appeal” will be deleted.
