ORDER
The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.1 in S.C.No.674 of
2024 on the files of the Additional Sessions Court-III, Manjeri which arose out of Crime No. 497 of 2023 registered at the Kolathur Police Station for the offences under Sections 427, 341, 323, 324, 308 and 34 IPC. In that crime, the petitioner was enlarged on bail by the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Perithalmanna on 19.12.2023, subject to certain conditions. One of the conditions was that the petitioner should not commit any offence while on bail. The petitioner was later implicated as an accused in Crime No.812 of 2024 registered at the same Police Station for offences under Sections 126(2), 118(1) and 118(2) of BNS, 2023 . On registration of the second crime, the 2nd respondent moved an application for cancelling petitioner's bail in the first case. By the impugned Annexure A2 order, the Additional Sessions Court cancelled petitioner's bail.
