JUDGMENT

The petitioners seek a challenge in Ext.P1, a notice under Section

13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act , 2002. The petitioner can take up all the contentions in the reply to the said notice. The Writ Petition is premature.

Without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to take up all the contentions legally available to them, the Writ Petition is closed.
