JUDGMENT

This original petition is filed by the petitioner for speedy disposal of the Suit, OS No.283 of 2018 pending on the file of the Additional Munsiff Court-I, Thiruvananthapuram.

2. A report has been called from the trial Court and as per letter dated 19.05.2025, the trial Court sought four months time for disposal of the petition, after completion of pre-trial steps.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, passed the following order:-

i. The petition is allowed.

ii. The trial Court will make an endeavour to dispose of the Suit, OS No.283 of 2018 within 4 months from the completion of pre-trial steps as requested by the trial court.
