J U D G M E N T

This original petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of C.C.No.2652 of 2021 pending before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II (Forest Offences), Punalur. 2. I have called for a report from the learned Magistrate, who reported that the case could be disposed of within a period of six months.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the report, this original petition is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II (Forest Offences), Punalur to dispose of C.C.No.2652 of 2021 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
