This original petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of C.C.No.1089 of 2013 pending before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Nedumangad.

2. I have called for a report from the learned Magistrate, who reported that the case could be disposed of within a period of eight months.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the report, this original petition is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Nedumangad, to dispose of C.C.No.1089 of 2013 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
