J U D G M E N T

The main prayer in this writ petition is to give a direction to the respondent No.5 to handover the investigation of Crime No.287 of 2025 of Wadakanchery Police Station, Thrissur, to the respondent Nos. 2 or 3 or to the Officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Crime Branch forthwith.

The learned Special Government Pleader Sri.P.Narayanan submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has already been filed on 07.11.2025. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, in accordance with law, if he is aggrieved by the same.
