The Crl.M.C. is filed to quash Annexure 1 order in CMP No.771 of 2022 in ST No.78 of 2019 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-II, Nadapuram.

The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the 1^st respondent has already been convicted by the Trial Court.

In light of the above submission, the Crl.M.C. is dismissed as infructuous.
