Dated this the 14th day of November, 2025 The learned Counsel for the petitioners seek liberty to withdraw this Crl.M.C. without prejudice to the right of the 3rd petitioner to file a fresh Crl.M.C. to quash the proceedings in view of the settlement arrived at between him and the 2nd respondent. However, he prays that the certified copies of the FIR and charge-sheet may be returned to him in accordance with law.

In the light of the above submission, this Crl.M.C. is dismissed as withdrawn, reserving liberty to the 3rd petitioner to file a fresh Crl.M.C. to quash further proceedings. Registry is directed to return the certified copies of the FIR and Final Report, in accordance with law, to the learned Counsel for the petitioners.
