Dated this the 12th day of November, 2025 ORDER The Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed to quash Annexure I FIR in Crime No.1331/2019 registered by the Mannanchery Police Station, Alappuzha alleging commission of the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code .

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the Investigating Officer has already laid the final report and the case has been committed to the Additional Sessions Court-IV, Alappuzha, and numbered as S.C.No.800/2021.

In light of the above submission, the Criminal Miscellaneous Case is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge the final report filed in the above crime.
