Dated this the 6^th day of November, 2025 ORDER The petitioner is the 3^rd accused in C.C.No.686/2024 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-I, Chalakkudy, which has arisen from Crime No.228/2024 registered by the Vellikulangara Police Station, Thrissur for allegedly committing the offences punishable under Sections

341 and 323 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

2. The essence of the prosecution case is that, on

01.04.2024, the accused persons, in furtherance of their common intention, had wrongfully restrained the 2^nd respondent’s father and attacked him. When the 2^nd respondent attempted to intervene in the matter, the accused persons had also assaulted her. Thus, the accused have committed the above offences.

3. I have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
