Dated this the 6th day of November, 2025 ORDER The petitioner is the 3rd accused in C.C.No.686/2024 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-I, Chalakkudy, which has arisen from Crime No.228/2024 registered by the Vellikulangara Police Station, Thrissur for allegedly committing the offences punishable under Sections

341 and 323 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

2. The essence of the prosecution case is that, on

01.04.2024, the accused persons, in furtherance of their common intention, had wrongfully restrained the 2nd respondent’s father and attacked him. When the 2nd respondent attempted to intervene in the matter, the accused persons had also assaulted her. Thus, the accused have committed the above offences.

3. I have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
