ORDER
The learned Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, submitted that the Trial Court had already acquitted the accused in C.C.No.1353 of 2014 on 27.04.2017. The communication in the above regard issued by the Investigating Officer to the learned Public Prosecutor is placed for the perusal of this Court.
In the light of the aforesaid submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, the Crl.M.C. stands closed.
