Dated this the 20th day of November, 2025 J U D G M E N T This writ petition has been filed by the 4th accused in Enquiry Case No.12 of 2025 and the relief sought for is early disposal of the same within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Since the case found to be of the year 2025, a report from the learned Vigilance Tribunal was called for. As per the report dated 17.11.2025, the learned Vigilance Tribunal submitted that this case can be disposed of within a period of six months, after showing the pendency of total number of 39 cases, viz. 2015 – 1, 2016 – 1, 2020 -1, 2022 – 2, 2023 – 5, 2024 – 15, 2025 – 14.
3. It is noted that the total pendency of the cases as 39, it could be noticed that six months time is not required for disposal of this matter and this matter can be disposed of within a period of three months and the learned Vigilance Tribunal is having only very less number of cases altogether.
