Dated this the 20th day of November, 2025 The short grievance of the petitioner is that Exts.P6 and P7 representations preferred before the Village Officer and Tahsildar seeking remittance of tax has not been considered and acted upon.
2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents, this Court directs the 3rd respondent/Village Officer to take action in Ext.P6 representation preferred by the petitioner seeking remittance of tax in accordance with law, expeditiously at any rate within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Petitioner will produce a copy of the judgment before the
3rd respondent, for compliance.
The Writ Petition (Civil) is disposed of as above.
