J U D G M E N T

Dated this the 20th day of November, 2025 Ext.P2 is the representation preferred by the petitioner seeking the benefit of a One-Time Settlement Scheme in connection with the loan availed by the petitioner from the respondent Bank. Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to consider the same in accordance with law.

2. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the respondent/Bank to consider Ext.P2 in accordance with law expeditiously, at any rate within a period of ten days from the production of a copy of this judgment. Petitioner will produce a copy of the judgment before the respondent, for compliance.

The Writ Petition (Civil) is disposed of as above.
