O R D E R

The Crl.M.C. is filed to quash Annexure A3 FIR in Crime No.2087 of 2019 registered by the Vanchiyoor Police Station.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the Investigating Officer has already filed a final report and the case has been numbered as C.C.No.262 of 2022, and is now pending before the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-IX, Thiruvananthapuram.

In light of the above submission, the Crl.M.C. is dismissed, but by reserving the right of the petitioner to raise all his contentions before the Trial Court, including filing of an application for discharge, provided that the charge has not been framed till date. If such an application is filed, the Trial Court shall consider and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, untramelled by any observations in this order.
