The Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed to quash Annexure A1 FIR and Annexure A2 Final Report and all further proceedings in C.C. No. 451/2013 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate—I, Kollam.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that, the accused has been acquitted in the above crime.

In light of the above submission, the Crl.M.C. is dismissed as infructuous.
