The Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.838 of 2019 registered by the Elathoor Police Station.
The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the Investigating Officer has already filed a refer charge before the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Koyilandy.
In light of the above submission, the Crl.M.C. is dismissed.
