O R D E R

The Crl.M.C. is filed to quash Annexure A1 FIR in Crime No.231 of 2020 registered by the Payyavoor Police Station, Kannur, alleging commission of the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code .

The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the Investigating Officer has reported that the petitioner has been acquitted by the Trial Court.

In light of the above submission, the Crl.M.C. is dismissed as infructuous.
