O R D E R

The learned Counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks liberty to withdrawn this Crl.M.C., without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to raise all the contentions before the Trial Court.

Recording the above submission, by reserving the right of the petitioner to raise all his contentions before the Trial Court, the Crl.M.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
