O R D E R

The Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed to quash the non-bailable warrant issued against the petitioner in C.C.No.310 of 2021 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-II, Kannur.

2. When the Crl.M.C. came up for consideration on

13.11.2025, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court on 14.11.2025 and file an application to recall the warrant.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, pursuant to the above interim order, the petitioner had surrendered before the Trial Court and he has been enlarged on bail. Now, his application seeking permanent exemption and permitting him to appear through the video linkage facility, as envisaged under the Electronic Video Linkage Rules for Courts (Kerala) , 2021, is pending consideration before the Trial Court.

In light of the above submission, the Crl.M.C. is dismissed as infructuous.
