O R D E R Dated this the 20th day of November 2025 The Crl.M.C. is filed to quash Annexure-A1 FIR in Crime No.360/2024 registered by the Varkala Police Station, alleging the commission of the offences punishable under Sections 336 , 337 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code .

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submit that, the Investigating Officer has already laid the final report before the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-I, Varkala and the case has been numbered as C.C. No. 1161/2025

3. In light of the above submission, the Crl .M.C.

is dismissed, but by reserving the right of the petitioners to challenge the final report or file an application for discharge, provided the charge has not been framed till date. If such an application is filed, the Trial Court is directed to consider the application, in accordance with law, untrammelled by any observation made in this order.
