B.A No.13488 of 2025 --------------------------------------- Dated this the 20^th day of November, 2025 O R D E R This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ( BNSS ), 2023.

2. The petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.1353/2025 of Sooranadu Police Station. The offences alleged against the petitioners are punishable under Sections 285, 296(b), 126(2), 115(2) and 118(1) r/w Section 3(5) of the BNS.

3. The prosecution case is that on 09.09.2025 at 18 hours, while the complainant was moving his tipper lorry in reverse direction, the petitioners came there and quarrelled with him alleging that he had blocked the way. The petitioners voluntarily caused hurt to the complainant by means of shock-absorber.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Senior Public Prosecutor.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that complainant sustained no injuries.

6. The learned Senior Public Prosecutor opposed the bail plea of the petitioners.
