JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed by the Assistant Executive Engineer, KSEB Limited, challenging Ext.P5 order passed by the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, Kottarakkara.
2. The issue as to whether the Board can challenge the order of the CGRF is covered against the petitioner by the judgment in Kerala State Electricity Board Limited, represented by its Secretary and Others v. Pooja Milk Foods (P) Ltd, represented by Director, U.N.
Menon [2025 SCC Online Ker 8605].
In view of the above, the writ petition will stand dismissed.
This judgment will not prevent the petitioner from challenging the impugned order, based on the orders, if any, to be passed by the Apex Court in the appeal against the above-mentioned judgment.
