JUDGMENT

The petitioner, a partnership firm, was engaged in the sale of lottery tickets at 50 different bus stations operated by the respondents from 2006 to 2017 on the basis of the license granted from time to time. Due to the renovation of the bus stations, some of the stalls were directed to be vacated.

2. The petitioner has preferred Ext.P8 seeking a refund of the excess license fee remitted by them. The said representation is pending consideration before the second respondent.

3. Under such circumstances, there will be a direction to the second respondent to hear the petitioner and pass orders on the same within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
