12.11.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner, and it was posted for hearing. Thereafter, today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. I am of the considered opinion that this Writ Petition (C) need not be retained here.

Therefore, this Writ Petition (C) is dismissed for default.
