JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
“i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, commanding the first respondent to consider the Exhibit P4, FORM-6 application and pass orders within a time limit stipulated by this Hon’ble Court.
ii. The production of the English translation of Malayalam Exhibits may be dispensed with in the above writ petition ©
And, iii. Such further and other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case”

2. When this writ petition came up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader submitted that, since the relevant documents are not produced, the Form 6 application is returned to the petitioner on 25.10.2025. If that be the case, this Writ Petition need not be entertained at this stage. The petitioner is free to submit the Form 6 application with relevant documents and thereafter move the writ petition, if necessary in future.
With the above observation, this Writ Petition(C) is disposed of.
