JUDGMENT

W.P.(C) No.41675 of 2022 is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to issue a no objection certificate to the 4th respondent for facilitating issuance of sale deeds in favour of the petitioners and also a direction to the 3rd respondent to effect mutation of the land.

2. Learned Government Pleader upon instruction submits that in W.P.(C) No.41675 of 2022 the request for grant of no objection certificate has been rejected as per order 03.02.2025.

It is seen that Con. Case(C) No.2257 of 2025 is filed alleging non-

compliance of the direction issued by this Court as per order dated 13.12.2024. Since the application requesting to issue a no objection certificate has already been rejected as per order dated 03.02.2025, it is for the petitioner to challenge the same in appropriate proceedings. Leaving open the right of the petitioners, WP.(C) No.41675 of 2022 and Con.Case (C) No.2257 of 2025 are closed.
