Headnote:The petitioner challenged Ext.P1 order by the first respondent, which was subsequently withdrawn. The Government Pleader indicated that the withdrawal permits the petitioner to seek an inquiry anew. The court found nothing remained in the writ petition to adjudicate. The petition is closed, upholding the petitioner's rights to challenge future orders, should they wish.

JUDGMENT

Petitioner has approached this Court challenging Ext.P1 order passed by the 1st respondent.

2. Learned Government Pleader upon instruction submitted that the said order has been withdrawn as per order No.CRB(2) 7312/21 dated 29.10.2024 leaving open their right to conduct a fresh enquiry in the matter.

Taking into consideration the above submission made by the learned Government Pleader nothing survives in this writ petition since Ext.P1 order has already been withdrawn. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 29.10.2024, it is for the petitioner to challenge the same in appropriate proceedings. Leaving open the right of the petitioner the writ petition is closed.
