JUDGMENT

Dated this the 20^th day of November, 2025 Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the

3^rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 application in Form No.6 which is stated to be pending consideration before the 3^rd respondent.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner asserts that Ext.P2 application is still pending consideration.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, and after hearing the contentions on both sides, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 3^rd respondent/competent authority to take up and pass orders on Ext.P2 application in accordance with law without any delay, at any rate within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, if Ext.P2 application is received and pending.
