JUDGMENT

This contempt of court case is submitted by the petitioner contending that in violation of the interim order passed by this Court in the writ petition No.33623 of 2025 dated 12.09.2025, staying further proceedings in the show- cause notice issued to the petitioner proposing to terminate the contract, Annexure-A3 order has been passed terminating the contract. However, today when the matter came up for consideration, learned Government Pleader made available the copy of the order bearing No.SSSC/861/2023-PG(2) dated 09.11.2025 by which Annexure-A3 order is already withdrawn.

In such circumstances, this contempt of court case is closed recording the above.
