The connected Mat. Appeal No.35 of 2025 is pending before the Division Bench of this Court and was referred for mediation. At the mediation, all disputes between the parties, including the subject matter of these revision petitions have been settled through mediation. The memorandum of mediation settlement agreement has been produced. I have perused the agreement and it is lawful and voluntary.

Hence, the revision petitions are disposed of in terms of the mediation agreement produced in Mat. Appeal No.35 of 2025.
