J U D G M E N T

The prayer in this writ petition is to give a direction to the respondent No.4 to conduct a proper investigation in Crime No.1630 of 2018 of Chingavanam Police Station, Kottayam. Sri.E.C.Bineesh, the learned Senior Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that the investigation is over, final report has already been filed and the Magistrate Court has taken cognizance as C.C.No.717 of 2020. Hence, the prayer has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
