J U D G M E N T

2. I have called for a report from the learned Magistrate.

The learned Magistrate reported that the matter could be disposed of within a period of six months.

Having heard both sides and perusing the report of the learned Magistrate, this Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Magistrate to dispose of C.C.No.389 of 2018 on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Neyyattinkara, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
