JUDGMENT

The issue involved in this Writ Petition is the illegal erection of survey stones in the property of the petitioners, which have not been acquired.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the survey stones have been removed, and as of now, there is no precipitate issue faced by the petitioners. Learned counsel would submit that leaving open the remedy to move this Court in case necessity arises in future, the instant Writ Petition can be closed. Accepting the contention of the learned counsel petitioner and granting the liberty sought for, this Writ Petition will stand closed.
