JUDGMENT
The solitary basis in seeking the reliefs sought for in this Writ Petition is Ext.P7 S.O.No.1807(E) dated 12/4/2022. This S.O has been held as unconstitutional by this Court in the decision contained in C.P.Muhammed v.
District Geologist [2025 KHC (Online) 948]
2. In the circumstances, nothing survives in this Writ Petition. This Writ Petition will stand dismissed in the light of the decision C.P.Muhammed (supra).
