JUDGMENT

The petitioner filed applications before the 2nd respondent for measurement and demarcation of the boundaries of the properties vide Exts.P7 to P10. Ext.P7 is an application in Form 10 in respect of 6.07 ares. Ext.P8 is an application in Form 8 in respect of the same extent. Ext.P9 is again an application in Form 10 in respect of 24.282 ares, and Ext.P10 is an application in Form 8 in respect of the same extent. The petitioner seeks these applications to be considered in accordance with law, expeditiously.

2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders in Exts.P7 to P10 applications in accordance with law, expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner will produce a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent, for compliance.

This Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
