O R D E R Dated this the 19th day of November 2025 The Crl.M.C. is filed to quash Annexure-A1 FIR in Crime No.2744/2020 registered by the Karunagapally Police Station, alleging the commission of the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code .
2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that, the Investigating Officer has already laid the final report before the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Karunagappally and the case has been numbered as CC No. 260/2022.
