The Crl.M.C. is filed to quash Annexure-1 Final Report and all further proceedings in C.C.No.163 of 2018 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kayamkulam, which has arisen from Crime No.2934 of
2017 registered by the Kayamkulam Police Station.
The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has already been acquitted on
28.02.2025.
In light of the above submission, the Crl.M.C. is dismissed as infructuous.
