The Crl.M.C. is filed to quash Annexure A FIR in Crime No.2111 of 2020 registered by the Parassala Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram.
The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the Investigating Officer has already filed a report before the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-II, Neyyattinkara, reporting that the crime is undetected.
In light of the above submission, the Crl.M.C. is dismissed as infructuous.
