O R D E R

The Crl.M.C. is filed to quash Annexure A1 FIR in Crime No.160 of 2016 registered by the Elamakkara Police Station, alleging commission of the offences punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the Investigating Officer has already laid the final report before the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-II, Aluva, and the case has been numbered as C.C.No.47 of 2022.

In light of the above submission, this Crl.M.C. is closed, by reserving the right of the petitioners to either challenge the final report or file an application for discharge before the Trial Court; provided the charge has not been framed yet. If such an application is filed, the Trial Court is directed to consider the application, in accordance with law, untramelled by any observations in this order.
