GHEEVARGHESE JOHNY – Appellant
Versus
STATE OF KERALA – Respondent

Advocates:
For the Appellants/Petitioners: SHRI.C.R.REGHUNATHAN, SRI.M.V.ASHIM
For the Respondents: SMT.SEETHA S., SR.PP

O R D E R

The Crl.M.C. is filed to direct the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Trippunithura, to consider and dispose of C.C.No.787 of 2016 expeditiously.

Even though the Crl.M.C. was filed on 28.07.2021 and the learned Magistrate had submitted a report dated 04.08.2021 stating that the case can be disposed of within five months from the date of the report, the Crl.M.C. was not posted thereafter.

At this distance of time, I am certain that the Crl.M.C.

has outlived its purpose. Consequently, the Crl.M.C. is dismissed as infructuous.
