The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the investigation in the case is complete and the final report has already been laid. The case is numbered as S.C.No.284 of 2023 and pending before the Additional Sessions Court-I, Ernakulam.

In light of the above submission, the Crl.M.C. is dismissed, but by reserving the the right of the petitioner to file a fresh application seeking interim custody of the vehicle, in case the vehicle has not already been released.
