O R D E R Dated this the 19th day of November 2025 The Crl.M.C. is filed to quash Annexure-I FIR in Crime No.1400/2021 registered by the Thrissur East Police Station.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that, the Investigating Officer has filed a report before the jurisdictional court reporting that the case was registered on a mistake of fact.

In light of the above submission, the Crl.M.C is dismissed as infructuous.
